MvM Capital is specialized in two areas of interest:

We work as advisor of any of the sides (seller or buyer) depending on our client needs. Our businesses involve, most of the times, an investment done in other country different than the country origin of the investor.

Although not limited to, our main markets are: South Europe, Germany, Chile, Mexico and Brazil.

As with M&A advisory, the process covers from screening for the most appropiate co-investor or asset (depending on the aim of our client), to negotiating with the opposite side, supporting our client during all the process of the acquisition or agreement, and the execution of the deal.

Through the whole process, we pre-select and propose the best-in-class local third party specialists (legal, taxes, technical, etc), which can offer support to our client during the negotiation and acquisition phases, including the Due Diligence process.

We also review all documentation issued by these third parties, supervising the execution and delivery, thus protecting the best interest of our client throughout the whole project track.

All-in-all, we aim to be the trustful advisor of our client on the ground.

International Business Expansion

Moving into a new market or territory implies uncertainty and lack of knowledge. For a successful transition, one needs the help of local expertise or a trusted partner who has done it before and knows the ins and outs of the market.

MvM Capital's team has a long experience in launching international projects in new markets, starting from a small base or just from scratch.

This experience, alongside with the global approaching of MvM Capital view, gives us the know-how to look for new business opportunities and strategies for our clients in other markets. Additionally, we work through our network and client base to find the best partner for each need or opportunity.

Specifically, one of our main activities in this field has been advising regional fund managers expanding or entering into other countries/regions. Here we can help with three alternatives:

  • Helping them on setting up their own platform, sourcing of assets, advise and support on the acquisition process and execution, create brand awarness, opening C++ contacts and, in general, helping them to become a leader of the new market.

  • Finding final investors for their investment vehicles directly.

  • Searching for the perfect partner in order to secure the best distribution channel for our client's product in these new markets: advising our client to select the best candidate, as well as offering support during the JV negotiation and execution.
